back to school

Spring break is over. I had an alright break. I did not go to anywhere warm or to the beach. I spent my break at school. We played three games over the course of the break. My days consisted of hanging out around my house and going to practice. Once practice was over, I would come home and find something to do with my friends. It would be pretty cool if the lacrosse team took a trip to somewhere really warm and with beaches.

This warm weather makes me what summer badly. I am ready for school to be over. Half of a semester to go and I will be onto my senior year. It is pretty crazy how time flies. I can remember my freshman and sophomore years, like it was yesterday. Soon enough, I will be a senior and will be graduating . I did very well for my midterms, so that made me feel very assured. This semester has been going very well. I have had no problems in any of my classes. The workload has not been too bad. I wrote two papers last night, but that was the most work I have had so far. I could of done some work during spring break, but I really was not trying to do homework during my free time.

I am going to have to get ready to make a new schedule for next semester. I am not sure what courses I will be taking. I might take a heavier load in the fall, so in the spring, I can take a very light load. It would be pretty sweet to only have three classes for a semester. I would have so much more free time, but that free time would be used properly. Even though, the course load would be lighter, I am going to be very busy dealing with my plans for after college. I hope this semester continues to go by smoothly and I finish strong.

Spring break

Im pretty excited for spring break. Technically, I really don't have a spring break, because I have to stay at school for lacrosse. So instead of going somewhere warm, I have to play lacrosse everyday. It will be fun though. We play our first away game this weekend against Lynchburg. Away games are pretty fun trips, but this is going to be a pretty long drive. I think it takes somewhere between 4-5 hours to get there. We are leaving on Friday, but the game is on Saturday. Once we arrive to our destination, we have practice at the University of Virginia. Then we will most likely go eat somewhere, then go to the hotel.

It's very exciting to play at Lynchburg. I played at Lynchburg my freshman year. The atmosphere during the game is crazy. Its a big game for anyone to play against Stevenson. So many fans from Lynchburg show up to the game. They have a really sweet set up around their turf field. They have a decently nice stadium, but the sweet part is the dorms. They have a bunch of dorms literally right on the other side of the field. There are people all over just screaming and shouting. The game atmosphere is so intense. My freshman year, we were down by a lot, but came back at the end and won. Saturday's game will hopefully be just as exciting and intense. I am looking forward to playing against this team.

We are most likely going to get back home very late Saturday night. Hopefully, there will be some good movies playing on the bus. I will most likely be sleeping on the way back. The trip is way to long. The nice thing about spring break is that I can go home and visit my parents. I don't live to far away from home. It will be nice to get a nice home-cooked meal.
